The finance intern will assist the General Manager and&amp;nbsp;Director of Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Administer financial system to ensure that finances are sustained in a timely and accurate manner. This involves assisting in the creation of budget, implementation of financial procedures and policies, supervising cash reserves, monitoring investment, creation and conciliation of bank statements.
    Assist with all aspects of payroll and Human Resources for staff and team.
    Conduct event settlements and prepare reconciliations of events.
    Other related projects / reports / events / etc. as requested from time to time.

Qualifications:

    Outgoing enthusiastic personality
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    Passion for numbers
    Principles of accounting
    Fine analytical understanding
    Proficient in accounting programs
    Time management ability
    Candidate must have housing in the Chicagoland area
    Candidate must either be a college student or a recent college graduate.
